However, colours and appearance can vary depending on your screen, device settings and display.
Because many of our products are art and design pieces, there may also be slight differences between what you see online and the final physical product.
Product descriptions, images, availability and specifications may change from time to time. We also reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities without prior notice.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order on DGC.in, you are requesting to purchase the products in your cart.
An order is only accepted once we have confirmed it and received the required payment.
We reserve the right to decline, cancel or modify an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud or other circumstances that require us to do so.
If we cancel or modify your order after payment has been made, we will contact you using the details you provided and refund any amount that is due.
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we may not be able to cancel it once it has been processed.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Our products are intended for personal or household use and may not be purchased for unauthorised commercial resale or export.

All prices displayed on DGC.in are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time you place the order and will be confirmed in your order confirmation.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We do our best to get your DGC order to you on time.
However, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of courier issues, weather, holidays, customs, strikes or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been handed over to the delivery partner, certain risks associated with delivery may pass to you as permitted by applicable law.
6. ARTWORK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We put a lot of thought into the art, designs, images, graphics, text, photography, branding and other content you see on DGC.in.

Your purchases are made directly with Design and Goods Co., not Shopify.
